In line with the EDUKatbalogan BayaniHands, Cawayan Elementary School headed by Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, MT II/ TIC, conducted Cawayan ES Pintakasi Activity last August 17, 2020 ǀ Monday at 8:00am in order to ensure the school’s readiness for SY 2020-2021.

          Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, Cawayan ES School Head, successfully conducted the Cawayan ES Pintakasi Activity last August 17, 2020 ǀ Monday at 8:00 o’clock in the morning at Cawayan ES, Brgy. Cawayan, Catbalogan City.

        The meeting started with a registration, the participants were the parents, teachers, and Brgy. Officials. Each attendee was monitored through a thermal scanner and disinfected using an alcohol. A short opening program was done, the national anthem was conducted by Ms. Grace Ann Ibañez. This was followed by a prayer led by Mrs. Mary Rose Coralde.  The attendance recognition and welcome remarks were done by Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, School Head. He stated the main purpose of the Pintakasi.

        Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, TIC had completely initiated the following agenda to secure the school’s readiness for the SY 2020-2021:

• Dry Run Modular Distance Learning

• 5PS

• Gabay ng Magulang sa Paggamit ng Modules/Activity Worksheets

• Weekly Home Learning Plan

• Individual Learning Monitoring Plan/ Learners Performance Feedback template

• Parents ID

• Pintakasi

• Bamboo boxes innovation for the modules

       After the orientation, the parents and Brgy. Officials headed by Hon. Renan Rabotaso, Brgy. Captain and Hon. Fernando Rabotaso Brgy. Councilor, immediately worked for the bamboo boxes. These bamboo boxes will be used as storage boxes for the modules. During the Pintakasi, there were other parents who served food for the people working for the innovated bamboo boxes. Before the Pintakasi ended, Mr. Aguirre, extended his sincerest appreciation to the teachers, parents, and Brgy. Officials of Cawayan ES for the kindness and overwhelming support that they shared to the school.

        The Cawayan ES Pintakasi Activity concluded with an open forum and a closing remarks was given by Ms. Janice Abejar. 

​

        The Cawayan ES Pintakasi Activity was successfully initiated. The parents, teachers and Brgy. Officials were able to produce bamboo boxes for the modules.  Good partnerships between the school and stakeholders were established during the said activity.
