Cawayan ES introducing its Newest School Project called CARTv which stands for Cawayan ES Alternative Roaming TV, this is another innovation by the TIC--Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre. And this is made possible because of the generosity of Mr. Edgar Arcales, who will donate the brand new TV. 

 

The main purposes of CARTv are as follows:

1. to show the Educational Programs of DepEd to provide mass education in the upland school of Cawayan ES since all the households have no TV;

2. to let teachers use the TV to reinforce and expand the lesson;

3. to increase learners motivation to learn, especially the visual learners; and

4. to help build literacy and numeracy skills.
