III – PROJECT DESIGN:

GB_RGS or Gearing-up BayaniHands on Remote Grading System was created by Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, MT II/TIC of Cawayan ES. This was first proposed and utilized in Samar National School. This served as a computerized-based grading system tool for easier accessibility of grades. It was a big help to SNS because the teachers were able to submit the grades as they work from home with or without internet connection during the emergency situation last SY 2019-2020.

But this time it was enhanced and redesigned as it adapts the education in the new normal. The objectives of the GB_RGS are as follows: (1) introduce a computerized-based grading system using GB_RGS, (2) tract the students’ records immediately, (3) and spend less time on recording of grades in the new normal.

Here are the basic steps on using the GB_RGS or Gearing-up BayaniHands Remote Grading System:

  1. Download/Save the GB_RGS softcopy. 1.

  2. Complete the data needed in the Student’s Information template. The data will automatically generate and appear in the grading sheets, SF 9 and SF 10.

  3. Encode the grades in every subject areas.

  4. Accomplish the attendance report and learner’s values.

  5. Once completed, save your file and print your school forms.
