Computers from downtown to upland!

CARTc version 2.0 of GB_LAP (Cart to Activate Retention Through Computer) is another project of Mr. Griv Brown V. Aguirre, TIC of Cawayan ES. The concept of this project is that, a Computer Server will be put inside the cart and the learners easily connect while they are at home using NComputing.
